All our items' prices include VAT. Many prices are quoted included postage to mainland UK. If there is a postage charge you will be informed in the shopping cart.
Once you have placed your order, it is passed to our factory. Here the orders are checked, if there is an error in your order, we will contact you before any charges are made. If you are unhappy with the changes, you may cancel at this stage.
Some orders are sent using Royal Mail second class post to keep costs down. If your item is not going to arrive using the 24 hour delivery service, you will be told in the shopping cart. However, in some cases where more than one item is ordered we will upgrade your order to 24 hour delivery free of charge, this will be done at the factory. We value our customers and treat them as we would want to be treated.
All our foam products are cut to your requested dimensions once we receive your order. As these products are 'made to measure' and are custom to you, we are unable to exchange or refund your order unless the sizes/dimensions supplied do not match the original order details.
Foam products can vary in colour densities throughout the foam, this is expected with the foam manufacturing process, however the colour does not affect the stability of the foam.
